How soon can I receive my goods?
After your payment was charged, we'll have 5-7 business days to process your order (Custom-made items need 30-45 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 4-5 business days for USPS to Deliver and reach your hand. And you will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Item must be received and signed.

How do you protect your goods during shipping?
We pride ourselves in individually hand wrapping each and every item personally and depending on the material type of good will use the appropriate protective packing material to avoid any foreseeable transit miss-handling that may occur. We use bubble-wrap, foam peanuts, thick plastic and cardboard protective packaging for packaging.
How to track my order?
Once we ship the items, you can log in to your account, review your order status and you will find your tracking number.
How can I return my order?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
We pride ourselves in delivering high quality products and excellent customer service. However, occasionally there might be a manufacturer’s defect in a dress or it might be damaged during shipping, if this is the situation your gown or dress will be replaced. The replacement gown will be made exactly to your original specifications. NO modifications will be made to the merchandise.
If there is a problem with your gown you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your gown. We will provide you with a return authorization number if a return is warranted. Your return box must have this return authorization number on the outside or it will not be accepted by us.
